Images

I'm glad you asked, it's really quite simple. If you want to upload an image, simply go to the "upload image" button at the left of the screen, and follow the instructions there. Or you can use images already on the site. Now, to put one in an article, you use [[Image:'''Imagename.jpg'''|thumb|200px|right|Caption.]]

Replacing the "Imagename.jpg" with whatever the name appears as on the image page, and changing the 200px to however many pixels looks good on the page (you can preview the page a few times to try out different sizes, though 200 usually looks pretty good). Then make the "right" either a right or left, depending on which side of the page you want the image on, and fill in whatever you like for the caption, or you can simply not add a caption. You can also let out any of the other parameters for different effects ("thumb" makes your image a thumbnail, while omitting it simply puts the image in without one). Hello

I read along the trails that you've had trouble keeping a good article afloat on the Uncy sea. Well, think of the admin who sunk it as a wayward dragon who just went out one day to destroy everything in his path. Then kill the dragon. Problem solved! But seriously, don't get discouraged but both fight to get back your page and be happy that uncy at least has some standards (although they change from minute to minute and admin to admin). When you found Socky you found a friend for life, with him on your side the world is your oyster (I don't believe I've ever used either of those expressions ever before). So there.
