Please do not insert links to external web sites, as you did in this article. Uncyclopedia is here for the creation of humor content, not to advertise content that resides elsewhere. An additional problem is that the illustration you link to appears to be merely a graph of some statistic over fiscal years, presumably for the US Government. This presents two additional problems: It isn't relevant; and it isn't funny. Regarding the last, UN:HTBFANJS, which the Chief mentioned just above, is often helpful. Thank you.
