You whip out your shotgun and stick it in the startled truck driver's face.
> "Stick 'em up, buddy! Gimme your car and you won't get obliterated!"
The truck driver responds by grabbing the end of your shotgun, twisting it upwards, then yanks two pairs of scissors out of his glove compartment and sticks one pair in your eyes and the other in your throat. He drives away, leaving you bleeding on the side of the road. That'll teach you to try and hijack a trucker.
