- Bizzarchitecture: Nearly all buildings in Moccasinia are constructed entirely out of moccasins.
- Eldritch Location: The Eldritch Zone, of course. Full of Eldritch Abominations, non-Euclidean spaces, and wormholes.
- Moccasinia, to an extent. The further the player ventures into Moccasinia, the more the laws of reality break down.
- In-Joke: The game is essentially a giant mashup of Uncyclopedia inside jokes, such as grues, "AAAAAAAAA!", moccasins, the town of Ojai, A story built one word at a time, and the Jordanhill railway station.
- Non Sequitur: Several game screens have options that merely read "H" or "Option 3".
- Non-Standard Game Over: The majority of death messages in the game simply read "You Died", although several read "You Never Existed", "You Have Been Raped To Death", "H", et cetera.
- Ominous Visual Glitch: A crude glitching effect is shown as Moccasinia enters a "glitch storm". The same effect was used after the player answered the Moccasin Police's third question in the game's prequel, Escape from Ojai.
- Password Save: The game allows you to continue from any checkpoint by entering a six-digit code.
- Press X to Die: Several screens of the game options to simply kill yourself. This generally sends you all the way back to the beginning of the game instead of the last checkpoint.
- Rhyme Theme Naming: Players may be helped by two opossums named Kiggum and Niggum. Don't mind what the latter sounds like.
- Stock Footage: Most background images used for locations in the game are Wikimedia Commons files.
- Surreal Humor: Although most of it is poorly-executed, the game is chock full of this. At one point, the player defeats a boss (Opolutlish the Olula Queen) by turning her into H. If the player wakes up AZATHOTH, a being whose dream is the universe, it will immediately fall back asleep, causing the universe to continue normally.
- Text Parser: Like many Uncyclopedia games, it considers itself to be one, despite being closer to a Choose Your Own Adventure-type game.
- Trial-and-Error Gameplay: Common to nearly all UnGames, even if Make it to Ketchikan is a little easier than most of them.
- Unable to Retreat: Upon encountering an enemy, you will often see a "flee" option in the command list, although clicking it is usually an instant death.
- "Wanted!" Poster: One can be seen on the way to Möçäşenn. Due to the fact that you are still in Moccasinia, it is shaped like a moccasin.
