User:Nameable/UnScripts:Miscellaneous Movie Quotes: The Movie
Miscellaneous Movie Quotes: The Movie was a movie based on the book of the same name. (Well, not exactly the same name, obviously, the book was just called "Miscellaneous Movie Quotes", because adding "The Movie" would have been a bit silly). Anyway, the book, which had simply been a list of the most famous movie quotes, was picked up one day by the director M. Night Shyamalan, who, unable to think of a suitable twist ending, put it down again. However, in a shocking twist ending, it was picked up again - by no other than George Lucas, another film director, who decided he could make it into a successful movie (and possibly a few sequels and prequels). Unfortunately, it failed miserably at the box office, but we still have here, for the benefit of all mankind, Lucas's original script.
Scene 1[edit | edit source]
Interior: A King's Palace, 1782. The King is easily identified by a crown on his head, and his first line. He is being fanned by two servants.
- KING: (sitting on throne, arms wide) Oh, I love squashing peasants. It's great, because there's no one to tell me off. Seeing as I'm the king of the world![1] and all that. Well, King of France anyway.
Suddenly, BOND jumps out from behind a column, holding a sword.
- BOND: Not for much longer, King! I'm fed up of your evil rule of terror. I challenge you to a fight!
- KING: And who are you, then, Bond?
- BOND: Bond. James Bond.[2]
- KING: Oh, really? Surely not. Well, Do you feel lucky, punk?[3]
- BOND: Yes, of course I do. But I'm not a punk. And Don't call me Shirley. [4]
- KING: Ok, Bond.
