Senator Joe Biden first proposed reparations for white people in 1977 after his efforts to continue segregation failed and his children were forced to "grow up in a jungle".[1]

Reparations for white people is the application of the concept of reparations to the poor, marginalized, disenfranchised victims who have had to live with the unspeakable burden of guilt for something their ancestors did hundreds of years before they were born.
