Devil Butterfly Scarlet is a president of the Joseph Goebbels University and is the first president after the revolution. She is also the second clearly female president and despite her cute looks, is among one of the most cruel to ever exist. Despite this and she forced Grand Master Chief Z and father Shiva's memory to mars, she still respects the memory of Father Shiva, as well as Joseph Goebbels the Second. However, she is still considered one of the most cruel forces of earth.

History

Origin

Devil Butterfly Scarlet is a vocaloid created by a new sect of Joseph Goebbels University who supports Japanese imperialism mixed with nazism instead of pure nazism. She is a fusion of Flandre Scarlet, a vampire demon from touhou who existed as an image in the modern world, and a Vocaloid synthesizer. However, these two items, vanished as every single Japanese were genocided in the new muslim order. However, a band of nazis who also supported Japanese imperialism were able to materialize these two and fuse them into a powerful vampire demon.

The Revolution

Then, led by Scarlet, the Japanese-imperialist nazis started a revolution to let them get equipment for further invasions. The revolution has Scarlet battle Grand Master Chief Z and Grand Master Chief Zeta's computer was destroyed by her magic. However, Father Shiva's memory still remains and told her that she will be unable to destroy it, and even if she does, she will be in big trouble. Therefore, She stopped and sent Father Shiva's memory to the mars homebase, where it would be commanding invasions from there until his memory fades.

Presidency

After she became president, she started to increase the military prowess of the Joseph Goebbels University and got more tools to allow them to invade further planets. The University succeeded and conquered the defenseless solar system in 20 days. Then in order to utilize their weaponry, they started conquering more planets, but this has caused the universal alliance to take attention and ward off most of their barefaced attacks, so the university instead promoted "non-violent" regime change - the same thing that their ancestors are doing in earth. Using this strategy, they subtly fooled the universal alliance and it was allowed to turn unprepared planets into earth vassal states. By the end of her presidency, she has taken over 50 planets and obtained many followers hailing from many planets.

However, The universal alliance saw this through and unleashed massive amounts of armies to the university at earth. But they were never to be seen again, and those who survive report seeing colorful, indescribable eye rape. Those who were dead had their blood drank. Since then the universal alliance was feared of the university and ploys to destroy it in order to regain control to earth.

Removal from presidency

4000 years after her presidency, Sir Heaven the 7th was created and was given to be the new president candidate for the university. When Sir heaven the 7th fought her as a part of the post-revolution duel-for-presidency mechanics, Sir Heaven the 7th defeated her and she was forced to retreat. She has actually been transported to Mercury, and will command the troops there until her memory fades. She was later reincarnated into a general, after her memory faded for 6700 years.

Powers

Scarlet is one of the most fearsome and cruel beings on earth despite her cute looks. She is capable of crushing any being by squeezing her fist regardless of how powerful it is, as it destroys the item's core of life. She is capable of destroying even Universal alliance colossi, which were known as the most powerful soldiers of the universe, in one hit. As she has the genes of Flandre Scarlet, she has the same magic attacks the image which she based on had, and is capable of defeating even massive amounts of space armies. She is also a vocaloid and is able to singing in a robotic female voice. The voice is implanted from a sample of a japanese female, which does not exist past-revelation. She is also a 2D being and all weapons, save for anti-image weapons, just pass through her. she is known to drink her victim's blood to increase strength, and is capable of drinking alien blood, if their blood is not poisonous. However, she does not need to drink it to survive as she is a 2D being, but drinking it increases her strength. She is also the first president to unleash valkyrieloids upon her enemies. Her weaknesses are holy weapons, which the next president, Sir Heaven the 7th possesses.
