Grand Master Chief Z (Z is read as "Zeta"_ is the Joseph Goebbels University president in year 7880 and is the president who helped the new world government fight the 980 movement, which is a group of reptilian terrorists who were known for transforming into the race of their target planet and polluting them until they are inhabitable. He is also the president who conquered mars (Which is a established civilization at that time) with his space troops, and thus started a series of space conquests since the 980 movement's invasion against earth.

Grand Master Chief Z is a virtual space soldier created from the newest 3D materialization technologies and is created by Father Shiva 3 years before his demise as his succeeding president. The space soldier is controlled by a computer who sends it to do it's bidding. The computer only follows orders from Father Shiva's memory which still remains, and is programmed by it to be a war machine and only knows conquest onto other planets. But before the moment Grand Master Chief Z can conquer planets, it sensed strange movements where reptilians were disguising as cooperate businessman and polluted the planet with their kryptonite waste, being able to evaporate even cyborgs if they did not wear any protective armor. So for a short while it united the world and waged the war against the reptilians, also known as the 980 movement. The reptilians recognized this and started all out war in their true forms. After a 10 year battle, the reptilians were defeated and were forced to pollute other planets because earth was too 1337 for them. It then decides to lead a troop to mars and conquer it, which they failed, but they later used the regime change plan be developing face dancers and conquered it, turning it into a earth puppet regime. From there it keeps waging space wars and occupied 6 planets, causing the universal alliance to consider the Joseph Goebbels University a terrorist organization, but they did not take action.

Grand Master Chief Z lived until year 12025 where the next president Devil Butterfly Scarlet sent a revolution to have japanese imperialism to be the ideal along with nazism instead of pure nazism, as well as more powerful equipment for further space conquest. then it was forced shut down, and Father Shiva's memory was stored in the mars base of earth. In fact, it has not been dead; It is actually commanding earth troops in mars.

Grand Master Chief Z is a 3D being and thus all attacks on him just pass through him save for anti-imagery weapons. Even if his image was killed, as long as the computer exists, a new image of him will just spawn. He is armed with an extremely powerful image rifle that cannot be blocked by any armor save for anti-imagery armors. He also has a personal drone army which will be sent to support his image. These drones are capable of breaking dimensions for a short while and can break the gene code of living things, killing them quickly.
