Martin Luther (1483 - 1546) was an African-German priest, human rights leader, and church reformer, who won the Nobel Peace Prize posthumously in 1901. He was also an expert musician and was the self-dubbed King of the Mannerism Period. His birthdate, January 15, is celebrated worldwide as King Martin Luther Day.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Luther was born in Atlanta, Germany, to a humble peasant family. He was sent to various Church schools.
