Diploidal X Disorder is a sex chromosome anomaly. It affects one in every 2.1 people who are born. Individuals who have this genetic disorder lack a Y chromosome, and instead abnormally have a second X chromosome replacing the missing Y chromosome. The disorder is sometimes called "XX0" as a shorthand, with the zero representing the missing Y chromosome.

XX0 was previously considered to be a variation of Klinefelcher's syndrome. Common features include the near total absense of a penis, gynecomastia, truncal obesity, bleeding from between the legs every month for no apparent reason out of a hole where the penis ought to be in a normal person, which mysteriously doesn't heal.

Millions are effected by this genetic disorder, although improvement in genetic screening methods have made it possible to reduce the number of live births.
