Oh the humanity! I hope there isn't a baby on board that thing!

Charles Lindenburg is an American hero, famous for traveling around the world in eighty days in a Led Zeppelin. This happened sometime in the early 1900s, probably around WWI. I know for sure it happened before the Great Depression though, because if it happened during the depression, everybody would be too poor to afford Zeppelins. He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for this remarkable feat.

Lindenburg's Zeppelin was later tragically destroyed in a ball of flame as it flew over the super bowl, or perhaps the World's Fair. I'm not sure which, but I know it was in a public place like that. Ask your grandfather.

The Lindenburg Baby[edit | edit source]

Charles Lindenburg heroism was later discredited after the kidnapping and alleged murder of his infant son.
