Humour:	7.49	Everything's fine and good, but I don't understand the quote. Maybe you can try to make it more "universal" and more internationally understood. Maybe it's a Western Thing for I'm from the east. Also, you're using many cliches at the bottom, including the widely popular but utterly random {{USERNAME}}. It destroys the basic substenance of the article. Russia is detested by most of our users because of Russian Reversal. Though yours doesn't have russian reversal, it has russia, and it's kinda cliche. Everything is pretty funny but I think you should merge the “World Records” section with the “Little known facts” with the “Pop culture” into once section. The name of that section is up to you. Everything's pretty funny, so keep it. It's good. The categories made me go LOL.
Concept:	7.66	Good concept,has room for development. I always say that, but I'm adding extra today. Good humor and good pictures, a very clear encyclopedic concept and outline. Good job.
Prose and formatting:	8	Very few grammar/spelling mistakes, but capitalize bullets. I mean don't use small letters (Little Known facts section). In other words, very good.
Images:	6	One image, which is quite funny. Popeye is good for articles like this, hence the siz.
