Well, this clearly isn't my best article, but it has hope, what ya guys think? Any suggestions for expansion?--Sir Manforman

That's... That's... jesus. That's, um, not funny. I know that it was trying to be, but ya lost me in the firestorm of violence, there. In spite of that I liked the intro, which was an adequate set up for what was to come. |
| Concept: | 6 | Ambitious, because it's so obvious. The article is almost saying to us "hey, a kid's book being violent? WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THAT??" It's very Seinfeldian. I'm being serious here: it's hard to make that idea work for longer than one paragraph. However, kudos on stringing it out. |
| Prose and formatting: | 6 | Adequate. However, it's just a big ol' block of text (-1).  |
| Images: | 7 | Again, adequate. In other words, having just one picture is enough. |
| Miscellaneous: | 6.3 | avg of all the other scores. |
| Final Score: | 30.3 | All in all, I would say: Meh! You could make this an unbook if you devoted a lot more time to it. As it stands, however, I would basically try to polish it (as opposed to making it longer). If you tried to make it an unbook, you would have a very interesting task ahead of you. A task filled with low pee review scores for a while, but eventually, after years and years of writing about a monkey in a prison, VFH. Call me if you need anything else! |
