I'm a new author, and I'd like to know how my first article is.

| Humour: | 8 | I thought you had some pretty good jokes. A lot of them were witty and connected to parts earlier on in the article, or were just plain original, like the one about Bell and time and other things that are confusing to me now but still got a good laugh. I would have gone only seven for humor, but the implications alone added an extra point. |
| Concept: | 5 | Sure, the concept was funny, but it did not really send a message. There were jokes throughout the article that connected to issues in the outside world, but the article's overall theme has no significant message for reality. It's a FUNNY concept, but you have to really think if it actually matters to anyone other than having a good laugh. I wouldn't remove it, though. |
| Prose and formatting: | 7 | Well the formatting is what you would expect from an average parody article on here. It's nothing special, but there aren't too many flaws to speak of. Making one of the headings a link, however, gets a tad annoying. Though that might just be a personal issue with me. |
| Images: | 9 | The images relate to the topic as much as they should, and they were made pretty well and the style to them really kind of fits the style of the article. One was cartoony, which worked because it's a very silly article; the other looked like something you would see in a pamphlet or instructional video for a sport or activity of some sort. Though again, they only got laughs because of the implications. An image can be funny the same way you make a joke funny. Deliver it with subtle connections until finally getting to the punch, which should be outlandish and make people think, "Holy crap, I can't believe these subtleties led up to this!" Okay, they wouldn't think that, but it's the FEELING they'd have. |
| Miscellaneous: | 9 | I gave you a high score for this to compensate. Don't feel belittled. |
| Final Score: | 38 | It was a very good article. I'd definitely recommend keeping it up. As far as the concept goes, there's not much you can do about what I said. I suppose you could try to connect it to real life sports and make satirical jokes about them (or the ethics behind them). That would be your best bet. |
