Formatting: If all three words of "Shoop Da Woop" are capitalized in one place then they should be so throughout the article. Make it consistent.
For examples of other formatting problems, take this paragraph:
- "This is probably the first thing that a person needs to learn before they can shoop da woop. You need to know when it is appropriate to shoop da woop. For instance, it is apprpriate to shoop da woop at an absinth part, in front of Oscar Wilde. Spelling: Absinthe, party, inappropriate and appropriate. (You got appropriate the first time but missed it the second time.)
The quotes around IMA FIRIN MAH LAZUHshoop da woop need to be closed, and a space inserted between the first and second phrases. For that matter, you might reformat using bold and italics as follows: "IMA FIRIN MAH LAZUH!" Shoop Da Woop!
The Shoop da Whoop meme makes the most sense in the version where the nigra cell character swallows his lazer. The sequence --
"Oops! I swallowed mah lazer!"
"Ima chargin mah lazer!"
"Ima firin mah lazer!"

-- seems to make the most sense to me. Many versions in the celebrated YouTube flash video are even simpler.
The taco part, as far as I can see, comes from an alternate version in which the character first has a taco protrude from his mouth and then fires a rainbow instead of the traditional blue-white lazer burst. "Zaboob it" seems to be another single-example mutation of the meme, which I think appears only in the particular father-son cartoon you use as an illustration. As far as I can see "zaboob it" is rare slang for "just go ahead and do it" (as go ahead and smoke the weed).
Structurally, I would recommend trying to find the cleanest meme variant and then work from that. In other words, find the simplest narrative for "Shoop da Whoop" that makes dramatic sense and then base the article on that.
I think memes are like any other joke or story: they are most effective when they contain the correct number of elements. They become muddy, confusing, and ineffective when unnecessary stuff is tacked on.
One way to include the non-essential elaborations while keeping the basic mythology effective might be to present the basic "Shoop da Whoop" recipe (swallow your lazer, charge your lazer, fire your lazer, Shoop da Whoop!!!1) and then add a section explaining the "taco" and "zaboob it" variants.
Anyway: Clean up spelling and standardize formatting. Then think about the cleanest, most effective form of the meme and how to present that so it makes sense and is funny.
