Codename: Kids Next Door [edit source]
After three reviews, I believe I have perfected this article. Now tell me why I'm wrong.

Humour: | 4 | Some of the one-liners like "...that embody specific menaces to children overall, like being forced to wear clothes or go outside" are pretty good, but in general the article reads more like a review. Not enough funny, too many facts. In fact, by reading this article I learned way more about this show than I ever wanted to. Not sure how to remedy that other than make it read less like a review. |
Concept: | 7 | Could possibly be an 8, but seeing as I'm not familiar with the show I stuck with a seven. I don't see any reason why this isn't a good topic to parody. |
Prose and formatting: | 5 | Character section is a definite must and I suppose the "KND Universe" helps put the show in context (although I would probably change that section title to "Setting" or something like that), but having an "A Usual Episode" struck me as a bit odd. I think I can see why you put it there, but to me it came off as something a kid would put on his fansite under the heading "Favourite KND Quotes!!!1!". |
Images: | 7 | I might move your Image:Numbah86 down to the characters section, but no real issues here. Good one with the Girls Next Door reference. |
Miscellaneous: | 5.8 | Average of the above scores |
Final Score: | 28.8 | I would say that you're not too far off, but the fact that it read more like a review of the show seemed out of place in an encyclopedia. To me, it read more like opinion than parody and that took alot away from it. |
