This anthem definitely needs more of the following:

2. Hot Russian prostitutes
3. Invasions of Georgia (the country, though the state would be nice too)
4. Vodka
5. Cowbell
6. Puppetry over Belarus politics
7. Banning emo music
8. Vodka
9. ???
10. PROFIT!!!

A tune would be good, too. It'd be quite an easy one to do - just get some really heavy Soviet-era music and chant the lyrics in a dodgy pseudo-Russian accent. While pissed on vodka.
