UnNews talk:Mohegan Tribe names female chief

This one is a stub. I saw the AP wire this morning and banged this article out. There's only one real joke, based on the concept that a woman chief should be news. What about a black chief? Granted, the woman was a member of the tribe, while a black person by definition wouldn't, but if we're going to be "bean-counters" (how many of this type, how many of that type), let's go all out.
