Spain on this Monday

The European country of Spain, famous for its beaches and its exotic dancing, has just been hit by a massive blackout country-wide this Monday. Moreover, Portugal and the southern part of France, which were stealing Spain's electricity whenever the Spaniards were busy taking their siesta, have too been affected by this sudden blackout.

"We've made everything that was possible to ensure our citizens got their electricity back", said Pedro Sánchez, the President of Spain. However, the Spanish citizens, far from going mad due to this power outage, were unaware of these changes, as they were either relaxing at the beach or sleeping.

"We're still unsure of the sources that caused this power outage", said the Spanish President, "although we did find a note hidden in one of the power generators that read, 'ҬДԞԐ ҬӉДГ, SҬЦPЇD ЭЏЯФPЄДЙS! ҐЊԐ GЯЭДГ ЦSSЯ SЊДLL ЯЇSЭ ДGДЇИ!' However, none of our researchers know this language, so we've gave up and decided to take a siesta. Because that's how things are done in this country.
