They looked kinda like this

OMAHA, Nebraska – Jason Bogdan, 29, ordered Salmon sliders at The Captain's Wharf, a seafood restaurant in Omaha. Unbeknownst to Jason, his seemingly eclectic order turned out to be indistinguishable from Salmon burgers, which are also on the menu.

Salmon sliders cost $18.99, with fries and a drink, yet Salmon burgers cost $17.99, and includes fries, a drink, and tartar sauce on the side as well. When told of this discrepancy, Jason replied, "I heard the sliders have fennel and dill, and the burgers have a spicy aioli. Wasn't really feeling spicy aioli today."

Friends of Jason have confirmed that he actually had no idea what he was talking about, and was just talking out of his ass. Line cooks at the restaurant say that both the slider and the burger use the same garlic aioli, which isn't spicy at all. When asked why the burger is cheaper than the sliders, restaurant owner William "Bob" Bogdan (no relation) said, "Sliders sound fancier. We used to make the patties slightly bigger, but the confusion in prep wasn't worth the savings in protein."

Jason reportedly enjoyed the Salmon sliders, although he was unaware he was getting a more expensive salmon burger until his food was presented to him, his brother John says. "I think he thought it was gonna be a filet sandwich or something."
