UnGames:Make it to Ketchikan/Settle

You attempt to settle the case. Without any money. Against a massive corporation willing to kill you for the simple "crime" of turning yourself into one of their video game characters.

Because you don't have the money Nintendo wants, they extract your mind from your body and insert you into a hivemind machine.

You're technically still alive, but since there isn't really anything you can do I'm gonna count this as a death.
