It's just the prayer to awaken King Caesar from Godzilla, but "Caesar" is replaced with "Mechasin". Just like Mechasin is literally just Mecha Streisand from South Park, but with Móckasiin's head.

Móckasiin still has a grudge against you… he has spent months repairing his mecha suit. So he blasts both you and Luna, then crushes both of your remains flat. Certainly Luna will re-emerge on the opposite end of the universe sometime.
