You retreat into the water. Hopefully you'd be able to flee from Ketos when you're in the water.

Being (mostly) an aquatic paradise, the Seal Dimension is completely devoid of grues or sea-grues. But Ketos is much bigger and faster than you: there is no escape from him.

Ketos bites you in the back and holds you underwater until you have drowned.
