You talk to one of the locals of Hoonah, who just happens to be wearing a chicken suit. It turns out that he is wearing such a suit because he grew up in a town called Chicken, where chicken suits are mandatory to wear at all times. As a result, he never felt right without one.
The man in the chicken suit tells you that you must find the only other chicken man in town; he will help you sneak onto a ferry to a town called Angoon.
