Without thinking, you jump onto the perpetually exploding grue. This makes the explosion build up power due to being suppressed, eventually leading to one that completely levels the entirety of Campbell River. Sort of like a nuclear explosion, but without the radiation, cool as hell smoke cloud or the media coverage. Not that anyone cares about what happens in Campbell River, anyway.

Also you get launched so fast by the explosion that you don't get hurt. At all. This universe truly works in mysterious ways.
