You are searched by an armed Ketchimormon guard (who is fleeing from Ketchikan to Ojai) who removes anything you may have picked up along the way, so you are just left with your clothes and a bit of food and water. The guard, out of compassion, also slips you 20 bucks so you have a little something to hurry you on your way.
