Thanks for the change. I don't know much about coding - why is it bad practice to put center tags? Leverage (talk) 17:53, 18 June 2014 (UTC)

It's deprecated. That means it may or may not work in some browsers at some point in the future or maybe even right now (IE doesn't support some deprecated tags and elements), and just in case that happens I go around compulsively removing it.
