Everything else is wanna be bullshit? Good God, you're ignorant.. Slipknot are the ultimate wannabes anyway, they want to be a metal band but they just can't do it. And I could name plenty of bands who've been going longer whilst keeping their discography consistent.

Slipknot Is A Rip-Off Of Mr.Bungle

Slipknot ripped the mask gimmick off of Mr.Bungle, Mr. Bungle started doing this in 1985, Slipknot was formed in 1995. Slipknot's first album, "Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat", is A complete rip-off of Mr. Bungle. Mr. Bungle was an experimental rock group that would sometimes mix heavy metal, death metal, thrash metal, alternative metal, Beach Boys-type pop, techno, and skaa into their music. Slipknot tried to do that, but failed miserably at it. At least Mr. Bungle had a reason for wearing the masks (They didn't want people knowing that Mike Patton was in the band, but after everyone found out, they stopped wearing them). Slipknot, on the other hand, have one of the worst reasons ever heard for wearing their masks: They claim that they're actually telling us more about themselves by wearing the masks than by showing their faces. What a lame excuse. The masks are used as a gimmick, and they even make a big deal about it when they change the things. They all play very sloppily and, hoping that no one notices, play as loud as they can to try to cover up their lack of talent. As for the fans of Slipknot - ignorant teens who listen to the band because they think it makes them 'tough' or 'cool'. Also of note is the fact that they'll insult anyone who hates the band, showing that they can't handle others opinions. Chances are, any metal band that has a DJ in the group or comes up with a name for their fans are going to suck. How ironic that real-life maggots are insects that fester around feces. i gotta say that mr bungle may have done it before slipknot but slipknot did not take the mask idea from them, they origionally based their masks on the masks from the film clockwork orange and they have developed that over time. Now has basically become slipknots image so dont bash them for it seeing as that image has made them very popular through out the world. (Slipknot and Mr. Bungle are both awesome.)

I'm gettin kinda annooyed with the 2 sides here slipknot are good and even if you don't liike them you've gotta respect them for how popular they are, but also slipknot aren't the only band on earth and i sometimes get kinda annoyed with people acting like they are, there are lots of other bands out there not all of them are metal bands but they're still very good and respectableso if people start listening to other band they might actually like them. (I'm not trying to judge anyone here i just want people to see that if a band is popular you should respect them for doing whatever it is they do (apart from if it's justin bieber,).)

1 Joey Jordison- Lead Drums: Joey Joridson's total lack of drumming ability led to the addition of two more drummers to cover up his bad drumming. In a rare moment of slipknot empathy, the band was too nice to tell Joey to leave, and kept him on anyway. His mask is a kabuki mask and we're told it's very scary. Joey is a good drummer and if u think he is not then u don't have to put it up pn the internet! Keep it to yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 Chris Fehn- Backup Drums, Backup Growls: Chris was the third drummer to join the band because dammit, two just aren't enough; his other job is to "sing" backup for Corey, so in theory, he could leave the band and it probably wouldn't make much of a difference at all. He is the only member of Slipknot who does not wear a mask, as no mask in existence could fit over his dildo-like Pinocchio nose. It would make a difference if he left the band and also he does wear a mask and his mask is awesome!

I THINK THIS ONE ANNOYED ME THE MOST: 2 Paul The Pig- Bass: Paul started out as a pig, then a chipmunk, then this dog thing. Why the obsession with animals? It's what he eats for dinner. Sadly, Paul was killed by Oprah while fighting the empire on the planet Coruscant in his native state of Iowa sometime last Thursday. THAT IS JUST DISRESPECTFUL!!!

The bassist, who passed away last month, was the victim of a lethal combination of morphine and the narcotic painkiller fentanyl - both injectable substances.

According to E! Online, Polk County Medical Examiner Dr Gregory Schmunk issued the death certificate on Friday (June 18).

Schmunk also confirmed that Gray had been suffering from heart disease.

Investigators have not found evidence that Gray had a prescription for either substance, and police officials have said that it is possible charges could be filed in the case at some point in the future.

A hypodermic needle and pills were found near his body in his hotel room in Des Moines, Iowa, but the coroner determined that the pills did not contribute to his death.
