There are a couple of bits here that could use some critique. specifically, the last bit, and the fight leading up to it. I think it is a bit " remedial"
should it have more content? I think that the length is ok.
also, could someone who knows a little more about the mexican war for independence than I (having read a whole wiki article) check that it is vaguely historically coherent?
also, it the IRC SPEEK too much, or too little tell me ! I NEED TO NOE!

- Very clever so far. The video game thing has been done a lot, but I like this. I'm a fan of pictures, but you could get away without them. Beyond that, I would expand the Ten Boring Years of War section -- they may have been ten boring years, but we're not factually based here. The lead-up is, fine, though. Add some meat to the middle and I think you'll have a winner.--Procopius 14:17, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
