I tried to add a little to your article and to make it more acessible. I too get really iriated by Americans putting that stamp on it, but that do have a point sometimes (though i dont think it should have been put up on this article AT ALL, and this is extreme. However, I think if someone from a small village in Ohio started talking specifically about their village people would not find it acessible either so I changed a few things to make it less foreign to people (I lived in england for a few years and know a bit about the noteriety of the area). One thing you might consider is using it being based in the UK as an advantage. You might consider taking things that people DO know about England and playing up on it, or things that people DONT know and demonstrating it or teachign people abuot it, but still in a funny and entertaining manner. --ShabiDOO 19:14, March 22, 2011 (UTC)

Ok theres one thing I want to definitely keep here.. Croxteth and Toxteth are real places in Liverpool, Gloxteth isn't real, but sounds a bit like 'Glocks'. I definitely think it should stay sir. 22:18, March 22, 2011 (UTC)

Okay, as you like. I just changed it to rediculously sounding british names. All I would say is that, mentioning completely unknown suburbs to the majority of people will probably start off an article in a way that alienates the reader. Imagine if I start off an article like this...

New Yorkers have woken up to find that their sewers have overflown to epic proportions. The hardest hit neighbourhoods are Brighton Park, Wilsontown and Upper Jamaica Beach, with an even harder hit Dillweather. The sewers were so overflown that even flushed dildos could be seen floating on top.

Now, these are actual neighbourhoods in New York city, but does a reader need to know about a totally unheard of area. Would someone in Seattle care? Maybe its better to put something like that more towards the end of the article? Or replace them with something maybe a little funny like

The hardest hit neigbourhoods include Uptown, a gentrified area with rich layers unused to unpleasant smells, Wickton, a neighbourhood with many Orthodox Jews, uncomfortable to have to phone non jewish new yorkers and talk to them to complain etc... you see, the names of the neigbourhoods dont matter cause I related it to something you can laugh at (slightly).

Ok, but Uptown, Wickton etc. neither rhyme, nor have the amusing double-meaning that the oxteth's have. I take your point about the obscurity though.. perhaps I could include them later on in the article if I can find a place for it to work 15:38, March 24, 2011 (UTC)
