Humour:	9	Very funny, you capitalist dupe! Chinese colonel would have you shot at dawn, but the East is Red. No, really, very funny. I am a sucker for national-stereotype jokes, at least when they're cheerful.
Concept:	8	Good idea, Wickedpedia has quite a long article on Colonel. De facto appropriate.
Prose and formatting:	9	There are some insignificant typos. But the prose is excellent.
Images:	8	The images are appropriate, but the captions are superb.
Miscellaneous:	9	I really liked this. See endnotes.
