I was wondering if there was a way to edit CVP titles, then lock them so that people can read them, but can't edit them, preventing vandalism or whatever crap happens that puts it in that place. "Runescape" for example could be added. I went through some of the the list of CVP titles, and I can see where some would become annoying. --Johnston7890 17:06, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

Well, to create CVP'd stuff and lock it, you need admin powers. I'd be happy to do it for you if you want to create Runescape, but there's sort of a process. It was locked not so much to prevent vandalism, but to prevent people from making bad versions of it so often--it always just wound up being incoherent rubbish. Here's what you have to do to avoid the page's deletion: create a version of it in your userspace, (for example, at User:Johnston7890/Runescape) and work on it there until it's done. Once you finish, drop an admin a line, and they'll move it into the mainspace for you. Sound good? - P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon.gif(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 20:48, Dec 6
