Greetings. Only the admin can delete a page and its history (blanking the page can easily be undone by anyone, even anonymous users (also, the admin don't like people to blank pages, even bad ones)). For crap pages like BABY (or test pages, spam, etc) the best solution is to put them on the QVFD (or VFD if there is any redeeming quality at all). Cheers! --Splaka 06:58, 13 Sep 2005 (UTC)
