Hey, you. Yeah, you - <insert name here>. Welcome to Uncyclopedia, the humor wiki. That's us. You're going to need to know a few things to write things and do things halfways decently, and some things to blend in with the crowd - you know. Be part of the community.

1. Create a user page for yourself by clicking your name in the top right hand part of your screen if you haven't done so already. Put a list of your articles on there, and a fake biography and whatever you want there. Just make it halfways original, except for the user boxes.
2. Read How to be funny and not just stupid. That way you know why your article, or section of an article, was deleted.
3. Make yourself a custom signature.
4. When writing in talk pages and on forums, sign your message with four tildes(~~~~) or just press the 12th button up there on the editing toolbar to insert it after your message.
5. Get yourself acquainted with how to make good pages at the Sandbox

There are probably other things you need to know, but if you need to know anything more, ask on the Help Forum.
