There's a higher-quality version of the McCain image you uploaded at File:McCain2.JPG. Also, dude, what are you going to do with so many uploaded images? --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 03:36, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

im going to use them......sorry, i thought i was allowed to upload images. am i wrong? im getting that we should be conserving diskspace.....or thats the hint im catching. keep pics on articles to a minimum?

also, how to i get this article to be searchable? im looking through the noobguides. and yes, i reconize i should be burned for asking such a q.

well, since your here do you mind if i ask if theres a way to setup a new page under the following conditions?

Rogers communications is a real company, but the only valid link on ths site to it would be from Bell Canada Enterprises, which is Rogers only competition up here in Canada.

Because of the multiple links to it in articles existing (though there is no actual link to an actual rogers communications) there is no link to start my own article on it.

How do I make it searchable?

How can I deliver pie to you?

Thx

Oh no, you're allowed to upload images. Upload as many as you want. But we delete images that aren't used in pages, so I was just wondering where you were going to use them.
I think what you want to do with your page is put it at Bell Canada Enterprises and then use the {{title}} template to set the title to Rogers Communications.
I'm not sure what you mean by searchable. Just hit ctrl&F and type what you want to search for... Also, I don't know about sending pie, but you can send cookies with the {{cookie}} template. I hope that answers everything. Just ask if you need anything else (and remember to sign your posts with 4 ~s). --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 19:23, October 28, 2009 (UTC)'

I think I've got the hang of it. Thanks man. Also, about the 'McCain pic, replace or delete it if you like, but I'd appreciate you substitute a picture appropriate to the article in there. end communication.--FCKGW-RHQQ2-YXRKT-8TG6W-2B7Q8 19:34, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

Newcookie.gif Somebody has awarded you a cookie!
Now go play in traffic.

....indeed.

I'm not so sure about that. But hey, this is the best image ever. --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 21:55, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

agreed. i cant find a good reason to stop looking at it....even though ive been doing all this at work and shouldnt be wasting company time.

I see.[edit source]

But like I just said, we already have that picture of McCain, so I don't know why you insist on uploading this low-quality grainy image. --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 17:25, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

There can be only one?

It does make things tidier. Also, your version sucks. There. I said it. --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 19:16, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

fine.......fine.............i......i jsut need some time to cope............for sure you will not get pie on this day from me......but....i just need time......time...* -ill keep that in mind from here on out. --Christopher133~7 FCKGW-RHQQ2-YXRKT-8TG6W-2B7Q8 22:11, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

You're hopelessly confused.[edit source]

I said to use a template on your page, not make your page into a template! Jeez Louise. Anyway, the old Bell Canada Enterprises article has been deleted so I'm moving your "template" there. --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 03:54, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I'm learning....sloleyh.

Umm, I'm gonna try and correct it to be searchable as rogers and rogers communications, as Bell and Rogers are two different companies.......though you wouldn't be able to tell from the way they buddy up agaisnt their clients and the government....and local tv........and other media groups......well, the list goes on.

anyway, sorry, im just figuring it all out. thx tho. --Christopher133~7 FCKGW-RHQQ2-YXRKT-8TG6W-2B7Q8 15:55, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Ok, I can't figure out hwo to do this "template" business.

To use a template, just type {{, then the name of the template, then a | and whatever arguments the template is supposed to take, then close it with }}. You already did this on your article when you typed {{Title|ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS}}.
It would probably be better if you have this page findable at Rogers Communications. I'd suggest moving it there by clicking the "move" button at the top. Also, if you plan to talk anywhere outside your talk page, please do learn to indent and sign your posts properly. Cheers. --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 19:10, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

why dont you give me an example of the line that will get this done so i can just emulate it in the future and not have to bother you again. furthermore, I don't see (nor can I ctrl-f find) the word move, or a button called move, anywhere. I'm pretty much done with stupid questions after this.

I'm trying to take your advice, but it just does the same template thing again (which, akwardly enough, makes it searchable) --Christopher133~7 FCKGW-RHQQ2-YXRKT-8TG6W-2B7Q8 20:06, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Meh, I figured out a trick without using templates. I'm good. Thank you though. Rogers wireless Rogers Cable Rogers

I suppose maybe you can't move pages yet because your account isn't old enough. In the future, use the move button (which will be right at the top when you get it) because it moves the page history along with the current version. Also, I don't understand what you mean by "weird template thing", but it looks like you tried to use [[]] instead of {{}}. These things matter. --Pleb SYNDROME CUN medicate (butt poop!!!!) 21:45, October 30, 2009 (UTC)
