(intro here)

Shout Louder[edit | edit source]

Shout louder than your opponent. This will keep the audience from "zoning out" and will make them pay more attention to you, and will make everything you have to say more important.

Interrupt Frequently[edit | edit source]

If you interrupt your debate opponent frequently, this will keep them from making the point they were trying to make. Therefore, you should interrupt your opponent as frequently as possible.

Make as many implied character attacks on your opponent as possible[edit | edit source]

Use lots of memes in your talking points[edit | edit source]

Emotion over Logic[edit | edit source]

Try to bring the discussion back to your POV by using tangents[edit | edit source]

Use hyperbole whenever possible[edit | edit source]

Set yourself up as an authority in subjects you have little or no experience in[edit | edit source]

Don't Prepare[edit | edit source]

If you don't have a good answer, evade the question[edit | edit source]

Blame the moderator or the microphone if you lose[edit | edit source]
