Story

Then the survivors (Which were creatures who have telepathy with each other and form one mind regardless of civilization) were revived and attempted to rule the world, but was defeated One expansion one day later. After this, the light civilization attempt to own the fire civilization but were owned instead and the fire civilization fights back. After then they nearly destroyed the light civilization but they failed to reach the main capital and the light civilization lives to see another day. Then the Water Civilization came a nutjob named Emperor Quazla (Which is actually cow dung with foil) raced with fire and nature's "Burning Beast" in order to revive the dragons. At last the dragons were revived and the light civilization sent the Mecha Del Sol to counter the dragons.

What Actually happened

In the new DM-06, A very powerful Dragon named Bolmeteus Steel Dragon appeared. and unlike any other dragon at that time it has a kickass effect where shield that are broken by it were sent into the graveyard and thus the opponent can't count his terror pits against it because they will most likely be gone when it burns their shields. And there's also Cocco Lupia who can make it descend on the fifth turn and the opponent is most likely destroyed while unprepared. But this is not the main point. The main point is "Hell Slash" who put two cards in the opponent's deck into the graveyard, and thus deckout decks were born as you can use those spells over and over by using some cards to put them into the mana zone from the graveyard and back into the hand until the opponent has no cards in his deck. Anyone who is unprepared will be basically owned by extreme Faggotry, and will most likely suffer from the melting of the mind. Hell slash was nerfed by the chickens of wizards at the english release, but still owned the metagame anyway. DM-07 was released some time later but 99% of the cards were grade AAA+ trash, with all the super rares and Very Rares being AAA++ Trash. However, there's still one broken card: "Cursed Totem" which prevented shield triggers to be played at all and had 6000 power and double breaker, making it another broken card as players can do absolutely nothing against it. Wizards nerfed it as well. Then DM-08 appeared and some super mighty dragons appeared, Such as Uberdragon Bajula who put TWO cards in the opponent's mana zone into the graveyard and also can attack immediately due to being an Evolution Creature, which makes it literally impossible to stop, and was later banned to 1 due to it's 1337ness. But the thing that the players feared is not the dragons, It is another darkness card named "Skeleton vice", who costs only 4 and caused the opponent to discard two cards at random and quickly emptied hands. There's a nerfed version in the english version, but they don't realize that it still costs 4 and still discards two cards so it's still fucking overpowered. Then the metagame changed when Takara Tomy announced the Hall of Fame With all the cards in it being water cards such as Astral Reef and Emeral because they literally broke the game. And due to this starting from DM-07 to DM-09, all of the water cards, especially Super Rares and Very Rares are Grade AAA++ shite and anyone who pulled them out are destined to see Miracles. Actually, MIRACLE MY ASS. Anyway, then finally there is DM-09 and it unleashed "Aqua Master" which became God as it's sheer horribleness owned all who see it. It also unleashed "Slash Charger" which only milled one card from the deck, but gets put to the mana zone afterwards so people abused it and usually one who wants to make it fair and square instead found himself broke in seconds doing nothing at all. Now this is just a prelude to the worst moment in duel masters history...

Notable Cards

• Bolmeteus Steel Dragon: Can't be hurt by shield triggers because it send shields into the graveyard in the first place. Owns but not exactly broken. Is also a favorite of kids due to the anime.
• Hell Slash, Slash Charger and Future Slash: Decked out opponents in a loop of slow death. Anyone who ran into them literally exploded due to insanity. Note that Future Slash is the nerfed version of hell slash.
• Crath Lade, Merciless King: Spoke to dragons with fists. Is actually shite and has only 4000 power so 99% of dragons stomp him flat out. Later he even speaks to Zenith with fists and everybody knows what happens next.
• Sky Crusher, The Agitator: Worse than Crath Lade and nobody till now knows why it is a Super Rare. Nobody ever.
• Cursed Totem: Prevents shield triggers from being used, and thus everybody can do nothing about it. was later nerfed by Wizards and even banned completely later on.
• Uberdragon Bajula: Has like 13000 power, is an evolution creature and burns TWO of your opponent's mana when it attacks. Literally what everybody drools over from kids to players, and is just the equivalent of Tyrannitar to Pokemon. Was proven so OP that it later got banned to 1 copy. Now we're talking.
• Skeleton Vice: Worse than Uberdragon Bajula, it's so godly cheap that it literally broke the metagame like no one after Astral Reef get banned to 1 copy. Was later banned to 1 then banned completely.
• The Unholy Trinity: Since they found that Astral Reef was so OP that it bought ruin like a raging Furfag in Animecon, They designed the new water super rares to be a super-unholy form of Faggotry never seen to mankind. Here are the members of the trinity;
  • Cosmic Nebula: Costed 5 and had only 3000 power while you can be using the same cost to summon an Elupheus which had 9500 power and owns your opponent with style. It's ability is to let you draw 2 cards at the start of your turn, but before the start of your next turn it's going to die, probably in less than 1 second.
  • Emperor Quazla: The first evolution Cyper Lord and the final boss of the fighting spirit saga but is so shite that anyone who wanted to get Uberdragon Bajula but got it literally exploded due to sheer faggotry. Just did nothing at all.
  • Aqua Master: The worst of the trinity, anyone who used it is Granted Immortality and all opponent's who saw it surrendered to the awe of the worst super rare in the game.

Even the star of the next generation knows the awe of Aqua Master.
