UnNews talk:New publicity concept for gay Libertarian politicians - steal sports team logos

Great work. For a while, I thought that the gay-bashing detracted from the humor--wondered if partisan cyberbullying was going on. The solution was to read the source.

I like the final joke but think the Packers logo should be a thumbnail in the article. Making it a link that the reader has to click on makes it look like an Uncyclopedia talk page instead of a news article. Spıke ¬ 22:18 11-Mar-10

But I think that might ruin the joke. I think the joke should be told after the article is read, and if you make it a thumb, the viewer will see the joke before reading the article and that will diminish it. I think. I guess we could try it and see.--AKA The Pretentious Testicle GlobalTourniquetUnAstrologer, UnJournalist, shameless narcissistic America-hating liberal atheist award-winning featured writer 17:05, March 12, 2010 (UTC)

Your call. It's funnier if there's no way the reader can glance ahead to the final punch line. Perhaps the violation of the "news release" motif is secondary. "Scrolling down to see the punch line," as in some e-mails, is problematic because people have different screen sizes. Worth thinking about a way to satisfy both goals, though. Spıke ¬ 17:21 12-Mar-10
