UnNews talk:Guitars to become extinct after guitar tab controversy

Let's see if I can post this again without my browser kicking me off again. This article may have been a joke, but the issue is very serious. If guitar tabs are outlawed, then how will people progress on the guitar? Whatever happened to fair use? What's next, radio stops playing copyrighted songs? What's the point of music if nobody's allowed to play it? What's the point of copyright? If we are not allowed to use copyrighted material, then copyright maight as well cease to exist. Please help support guitar tabs in any way you can, and show these losers we mean business. PF4Eva 22:46, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, I fully agree with you, even though I'm not a guitarist.

Oh, and it seems Zimulator likes paradoxes. If that's the case: You haven't done well. Well done! --thematrixeætsyou, the leader (talk) (flames) 04:55, 30 October 2006 (UTC) (p.s. this is not a note.)

Rock on![edit source]

Wow, it seems we can't even play the guitar any more due to copyright laws. -- Hindleyite 13:07, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

Wtf? How is it illegal to listen to a song and write down how you think it goes? Are the music corporations trying to stifle their own future musicians? WOuld the music industry destroy itself just to make slightly higher profits until their actions catch up with them? How absurd. Freeflux 03:23, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
