Move to Sega Mega Drive?

Someone seems to think that this article needs {{title|Sega Mega Drive}} (see also this edit which adds a comment). If it's that important, couldn't we just move this page to Sega Mega Drive and be done with it?

Move again?

The article should be moved to Mega Drive to match wikipedia:Mega Drive. However, the previous move (from Sega Genesis to Sega Mega Drive) was a cut-and-paste move; also, the redirect currently at Mega Drive has a nontrivial history. Status of article title
