trying to be funny but it was just poor.

This needs cleanup.

I have fixed the sometimes unparsable English and removed what I see as total junk but it's still not really where I'd like to see it. I would also like to know why it is funny to say that the Welsh are a disgrace. It doesn't say that now but I'm not sure if I actually improved it.
