I work with children who suffer from Crazy Leg Syndrome varying from type I to type III.

They are just like other children, but when they grow into young adults, their peers tease and bully them. I provide a safe environment for them and they can come and discuss their issues. This disease has been shunned in the past and kept in the low of the media. But more and more people are being born with CLS, due to inbreds, and so the awareness is crucial. Please contribute to the CLS foundation.
What maintenance template is appropriate?[edit source]
The only page that links here is currently in my userspace. We have {{orphan}}, but that says it's for pages with no incoming links whatsoever. I seem to remember another maintenance template similar in purpose to wikipedia:Template:Orphan whose text begins with "This template is blue because...", but I can't seem to find it at present.
