Creation of the article

The edit you reverted wasn't entirely random: it was meant to stress the parallel between Clivus Multrum and Justin Beeber. Since you included the See Also yourself and used the same picture, I assumed you were trying to start up some kind of a series. Fill me in, please. I have no idea who Justin Beeber is, and the only humor I ever saw in that article is the momentary humor of a reader being misdirected there. I just grabbed the photo at random. Justin Beeber is... no one at all, but then, you know that. I saw you writing an article about someone very few people would know of, in about the same style as Justin Beeber, of about the same length, illustrated with the same picture, and with a "See Also" pointing from Multrum to Beeber. So, yeah, I definitely concluded that Clivus Multrum was riffing on Justin Beeber. Just seemed random to me. No Bieber fan is going to care about Clivus Multrum, and no waterless-toilet fan is going to actually want to visit Beeber. (I added the link just because the photos are the same.) Separately, no strong feelings about it, but why does that particular photo want to be large and on the left side? It certainly doesn't imply any such thing. When I saw that picture, I didn't think "compost"; I thought, "some guy who works at City Hall." And maybe invents things in his spare time. Yes, that's exactly why I enlarged the picture and scooted it to my left. In my view, there are really only two reasonable choices here: either 1) Make the two articles part of a series; or 2) Don't use the same photo for both articles and link one to another. What you've done is really pretty confusing: Clivus Multrum strongly suggests that it has something to do with Justin Beeber... and you're going to have the reader trying to figure out what on earth the relationship between the articles is, and coming up empty-handed. pillow talk 00:16, March 11, 2011 (UTC)
