Whoops! Maybe you were looking for Magenta?

Fuchsia is a shade of pink that looks exactly like magenta, yet for some reason has a different name. Many scientists have debated the reason behind the existence of two colors that look the exact same and has the same exact hex code, and the most common conclusion is that it was such a fashionable colour that humanity felt the necessity to have this same color twice.

Origins[edit | edit source]

Scientific representation of the first instance of fuchsia in the universe

The creation of fuchsia dates back to the beginning of the universe, during an event known as the big poofing, which had led to the emergence of several black holes in the quantum continuity. One of these black holes, however, felt different from the rest of the crew: he wasn't a miserable shade of black, he liked to listen to Madonna and took long walks on the beach with same-sex holes. That's when he thought, "Why shall I keep this black façade? There are more colors in this universe...". And, as he was a black hole with superpowers -this is what scientists call a supermassive black hole-, he became a fuchsia hole, which painted everything that was absorved into its mass with this cute and trendy color.

Actuality[edit | edit source]

Despite its eye-hurting qualities, fuchsia is a world-renowed color, which can be seen in almost everywhere. Most of fuchsia's fans tend to be of the feminine side of the gender spectrum, specially 14 year-old-girls that spend their nights writting quirky fanfictions about Harry Potter having rough gay sex with Draco Malfoy.

However, there have been many cases where the opposite sex -the male sex, that is- has also been seen displaying this color in all its glory. Some male specimens that have proven a liking for this shade of pink are:

  • Emos: Even though these social groups are mostly associated with the color black and many other equally dark colors, many emos have used fuchsia to decorate their hair, nails, piercings, and skulls.
  • Gays, affeminates and the sort: It is no surprise that this eye-catching color is the prefered one by these sort of people, which is used by them as a sexual claim.
