Why? talk:Collapse Space-Time
Gosh, I swear, every article I look at that's at least semi-good gets featured the next day. I'm scared... --User:Narf, the Wonder Puppy 11:02, August 25 2007 (UTC)
My cat landed on its side. Does that count? --Chickenfeed9 10:58, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
I suggest the article be renamed to
if (Why==true) { // do nothing } else { Collapse(Space - Time); // Space and Time must be compatible numeric types }
for reasons of code readability. Also, identifiers really ought to be all-lowercase. 131.111.202.32 18:22, May 9, 2010 (UTC)
Regarding P.I.E. (Paradox Inherent Errors)[edit source]
Being a nerd and all, I'm having a bit of a problem with one of the paradoxes listed in the "What Do I Do?" section.
Theoretically, if a double-buttered toast had to land butter-side up, it would land on both sides of the floor at once, and not neither. The paradox lies in how the toast is to land on both buttered sides. It could rip itself by its face, or maybe land on the side with more butter on it. If the toast was not buttered at all, then it would have no face to choose where to land, and THEN it would continuously flip over like a retarded magnet.
PLACE REBUTTAL HERE:
- You're rebuttal, sir. Ahem:
- Buttering neither side of a piece of toast just has said toast fall to the ground as normal; since there is no butter to incorporate into the equation, this piece does not count.
- Buttering BOTH sides, however, WILL get it to flip like a "retarded magnet".
