Stubby Orphans[edit source]

Please stop creating short articles that are not linked from other articles and are on completely random topics. These sorts of articles do not contribute to uncyclopedia as a whole. This is a very common newbie mistake and the best advice I can give is to start by editing and modifying other articles, then move on to rewriting poor articles and stubs. After you have gotten a good feel for the style of uncyclopedia (pay attention to featured articles more than others), then you should start branching out into writing articles to fill in "red links" that you find and eventually move on to writing full independant articles. --Sir gwax (talk) Signuke.gif 07:21, 31 Dec 2005 (UTC)

um... Frankly I don't think humor should have an authority or rule. Besides I'm F***ing your mom. ~stevenu on losers.

Feel free to think what you want but Uncyclopedia does have rules and authority. --Sir gwax (talk) Signuke.gif 21:06, 31 Dec 2005 (UTC)

I am quite serious about what I'm saying; creating articles that are funny only to you, do not have proper wiki formatting and are linked from nowhere reasonable is not acceptable behavior. --Sir gwax (talk) Signuke.gif 02:12, 3 Jan 2006 (UTC)

My friends think they're pretty funny. I just do it to make them laugh.

Whilst I am willing to concede that that is admirable reasoning, it should be noted that the goal of Uncyclopedia is to create a humorous and satirical encyclopedia and not to provide a forum for you to amuse your friends. As such, your contributions are erroneous. --Sir gwax (talk) Signuke.gif 02:56, 3 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Okay, sure I'll try o work on making my articles better, Just don't delete my ol' ones.

It's less a matter of the precise quality of your articles and more an issue of your integration into the greater Uncyclopedia community. I'll leave your articles be for now and get off your back for a while if you're willing to start contributing more generally and working on other people's articles too. Revise, edit, add details, add jokes, etc. --Sir gwax (talk) Signuke.gif 14:48, 3 Jan 2006 (UTC)
