Your user and talk page[edit source]
A couple notes on the user page and user talk (discussion) page. What you have on this page is typically what you'd have on your user page, which I strongly recommend you creating. People tend to be suspicious of anyone without a user page, something like, "Hmm, looks like he doesn't plan to be here long enough to build one--probably a vandal." I think what you have above would be fine at User:QUentinRomance.
In regard to your user talk page (where we are right now), I noticed by checking the history that you removed earlier discussion here. I don't think there's any actual rule against doing that, and I've done it too when something posted really bothered me. OK, so maybe I haven't, but I could have. But in general, this page is for people posting comments to you, and people like to see what they've done and like to look for your responses to their comments. Once your user talk page is getting longer than you want it, you can archive it (when you get to that stage, let me or some other editor know). You'll also notice that formatting this talk page as a user page makes people's comments, like mine, come out looking rather weird.
Again, I don't think you're breaking any rule by doing this, but sometimes what people like carries more weight than rules. Happy editing! King of the Internet Alden Loveshade??? (royal court) 20:40, October 29, 2009 (UTC)
