Just an FYI: There is a crackdown going on currently for canned quote templates like Template:Martha was. Famine (one of our more senior and therefore more insane admin) is banning people for the creation or overuse of (time dependant on offense, if someone makes a ballmer template and adds it to 10 pages, they could get a week).
