CAN'T REMOVE FEATURED CATEGORY![edit source]
I know this isn't featured and never will be, but I did everything I could, removed the category and all the templates, purged my browser and page cache, reset my internet connection, and now not only is it back, but Hotcat won't remove it! Help??!!
