> Why is Conniving's level so low?

Conniving approaches you to answer.

Conniving: If you must know, i'm an adventurer, much like you. In fact, I was exploring the Ant Castle, when I was asked to join the Grueslayer Implementor Team. I was a bit wary, but I like it here.

> That does not answer my question. Why is your level much lower than the other Implementors? Can't you raise it with gamemaster skills?

Conniving: I don't care for that much. It sounds cheap, and actually is. Those implementors with their "typed-in" levels are not much better off than the hackers. They may have extremely high skills, but they probably have no idea how to unlock half of their new full potentials. This is why I decided to level up fairly. Leveling up like a normal player means I get to relate to the players who ask an Implementor for help. I can understand why some skills don't work as expected, or why something seems more difficult than it should be. Plus, there's the added perk of being an Implementor. I can understand the more delicate inner workings of Grueslayer's programming, and exploit its knowledge to learn how to pull off more effective effects.

> So you can use your "full potential" to beat a level 2,000 or so Implementor?

Conniving: Probably. However, there's still the fact that they're level 2,000 or so. It could go either way.

> I've... i've learned a lot! Thank you Conniving!

Conniving: You're welcome. ^_^ Perhaps from fighting the right opponents, you'll learn something about unlocking your own potential too. Now get out there and bust some heads for me.

Conniving leaves.

This is the point when you realize you were supposed to challenge him to a battle, as he wasn't busy anymore. However, it's too late.
